This piece was created by attaching dyed rattan to a stoneware bowl and using Neolithic weave to continue the form. I have played around with contour of the woven form as well as the spacing in between woven rows. The speckled green teadust glaze dark colored rattan have rich hues which compliment each other beautifully.
